Children's ministry

Childcare is available during the Sunday morning worship service at 10:30, as well as Sunday school classes at 9:30. There are classes for all ages.

There are opportunities for kids on Sunday evenings at 6 and Wednesdays at 6:30.

The student ministry at Towaliga Baptist is dedicated to the teaching of biblical truth coupled with the application of that truth in the daily life of the student. We do this through our Sunday School classes that meet every Sunday morning at 9:15 and at the Gathering every Wednesday at 6:15 in the Student Center. On Wednesday evenings we meet together for a time of music, teaching in a large group, and then a time of deeper learning in smaller breakout sessions.

There is a variety of student activities throughout the year. Each year is different but can range from group outings to sports events, movie nights, family activities, and even the beach and other retreats designed to learn, mature in the faith, and bond together as a community of believers should. Take the time to drop in. We would love to see you. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions, and please check back for updates as we continue to grow, change, and update this website.

In Christ,

Scott Chewning

"Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalmshymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts." (Colossians 3:16) Week after week the choir, praise team and band seek to lead worship with gratitude and praise to Jesus. We use a variety of styles and instruments, but we seek to lift up Jesus with every note.

We strongly believe that we are to preach the gospel to every nation. We are actively involved in mission work in Haiti, Czech Republic and Trinidad as well as countless other mission opportunities through the mission organizations of the Southern Baptist Convention.

We are strong believers in our local community where we have several service projects that help meet many needs.
